hello, thnx for the useful infos here. i still have a question. i asked one of my friends frm usa to load my card 20usd, so that i can activate my card. but it wasnt successful. i received a message “rejected by payoneer security dpartment”. why did i gt da msg? i thought anyone can load money to my card…..pls give me a solution. thnx

Hi Chetan,

Paypal didn’t charge from received money. So if you withdraw $100, you’ll get $99, $1 charged by oDesk. But of course, if you want to withdraw money from Paypal to bank account, there is some charge that will apply. It seems to be vary by country though.
